Printing technology
Once, Johannes Gutenberg invented modern #Printing using movable types, replacing methods such as copying by hand or #WoodblockPrinting. Today, we know many types of printing technology: #ReliefPrinting, #PlanographicPrinting, #ScreenPrinting, #Intaglio, #DigitalPrinting, and most recently #3DPrinting.
The field of #PrintingTechnology is of particular interest to us; here #espaTrans translates into all languages.
Who's there?
If you want to visit someone, you usually need that person’s last name so that you will definitely ring the right doorbell.
This sounds so obvious for us in Germany …
But it is not always the case!
In #Poland, #Spain and #Portugal, for example, you will find a combination of numbers and letters on the doorbell signs – not a surname.
Although this protects privacy, it poses an orientation obstacle for visitors, postmen, rescue forces, police officers and firefighters.
Energy transition
When it comes to securing a sustainable and economically successful #Future, investments in #RenewableEnergies are a key issue.
In Germany, a significant focus is on large battery storage facilities. Europe’s largest #BatteryStorageFacility is built in Lower Saxony. It will compensate the fluctuating energy generation from wind and #SolarEnergy and thus ensure more #EnergyEfficiency.
A great progress!
Humans should also be #Mindful of their energy level. So often, we simply carry on on low #Battery …
Halloween
We know, of course, that there are no evil spirits to be banished. This, however, does not hinder us from celebrating this originally Celtic tradition: Together with friends, we will enjoy dinner under the glow of dim candlelight, banishing the spirits of darkness and gloomy autumn mood.
One or more bottles of bat blood potion (also known as red wine) will sigh out their souls.
Who would now argue that #Halloween is only meant for kids?
FMB trade fair
Bad Salzuflen is primarily known as a spa town. All kinds of people meet there, cure their ailments and may also enjoy some spa romance.
In autumn, however, the city is the focus of a specific industry. Early November, the entire range of the northern German mechanical and plant engineering supply industry comes together for three days, presents its latest developments and innovations, and maintains and expands its contacts.
#espaTrans feels a close connection to this industry as translating documents in this field is one of our specialties!

Certified translations
Whether Certificate, Diploma or IdentityCard – if official documents are translated, they usually require a certified translation.
Sworn translators ensure that the translation precisely reflects the text of the original document.
Do you need a certified translation? Then espaTrans is your point of contact!
Conveyor technology
#ConveyorTechnology means using efficient #Technology to move goods, items and persons in any direction and over limited distances.
For insiders, this means to cleverly design industry-specific belt, lifting and #SortingSystems.
For the average consumer: The good old check-out counter belt in the supermarket – often a bit sticky but very useful. We declare ourselves to be frequent users.
Although we cannot plan such a system, we will be happy to translate your #Publications from the conveyor technology sector.
Stowaway: Scorpion from Costa Rica
At #espaTrans, we always read the daily newspaper during our lunch break.
Sometimes, there are news that make us smile and pleased and cheerful for the next work session.
A man from Kiel, for example, came home from Costa Rica, carrying a #Scorpion in his luggage.
This curiosity sparked our interest in these animals. We are now well informed about scorpions because so far, we only knew scorpions to be venomous animals with lightning-fast reflexes.
What does this have to do with our #TranslationService? Nothing.
But we like sparkling stories and fun at work.
Mouse on board
“Rats of the air“ is a commonly used expression in #German for pigeons. But what about a „mouse of the air“?
A flight from Oslo to Malaga had to make an unplanned stop in Copenhagen – thanks to a mouse. The blind passenger jumped out of a traveller’s meal.
With a delay of a few hours, the plane and its (booked) passengers finally made it to Spain.
Weltkindertag
#Weltkindertag on 20 September shall sensitise (political) awareness and commitment to the issue of children’s rights and needs. This year, for the 70th time.
#espaTrans joins in. Despite all seriousness: We all have a kid in us.
